While we were on our bus tour/cruise to Bermuda my Mum celebrated her 70th birthday. She has many lung problems so she cannot have real flowers. I created these Gerbera daisies and took them with us so she could have a bit of a celebration. I used the tutorial by
Shelly Bohan to create the flowers and the video by
Sharon White to make the basket/vase they are in.
The colors I used are Pink Pirouette and black, Pear Pizzazz, Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry. the stems and caylex of the flower are Old Olive.
The basket/vase is created from the petal cone die, Pacific Point, Beyond the Garden DSP, Four Frames Stamp set, Decorative label punch and the dotted scallop ribbon border punch.
The other flowers are all the same color but this one has two colors. They are very realistic in real life.
